  1. Measure the correct finger - the same finger on the opposite hand will often be a different size.

  2. Don’t have string? A folded strip of paper will suffice.

  3. Always measure twice.

  4. Measuring in the afternoon when your hands are warm will give you the most accurate result.

Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 7 - 9 Working Days, while engraved or custom orders may take 10 - 12 working days. USA Iced Out.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping on orders over $99 to the entire World. For faster shipping service, it will take 7 - 8 Business Days.

Note: For Worldwide orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.

30 Days Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to creating a comfortable and well-pleasing shopping experience at USA Iced Out. That's why we offer an easy 30 days return & exchange service for all purchases. Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All the policies begin from the date of purchase. Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
  2. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable. USA Iced Out. will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.
  3. Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable. (Custom sizes are those that charge extra $20). USA Iced Out. will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the special items.
  4. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  5. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
  6. The replacement will not be accepted for a refund.
  7. Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.

* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of USA Iced Out. representatives to get an authorization.
* The standard shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order cancellation in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out.
  2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
  3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
  4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
